Let us start off by saying we think our wedding was absolutely perfect. Everything fell in place magically. We knew we were in for quite a challenge when we decided to have our wedding down a 5 mile dirt road, in the middle of the forest, with no electricity and subject to the elements. Who would of known the weather would be perfect, the food would be gourmet and the service would be perfect?
Let me tell you, everything was better than we expected and we, in fact, had the wedding of our dreams. In looking for our caterer we needed someone with a sense of adventure, a “can do” attitude and the best food. We found that and more in you. Your staff was fun and completely professional. There was not one moment before and during the wedding that we did not have complete confidence in your work. All our guests were overwhelmed by the excellent food, the bar and the service. The cake was the most beautiful cake most had ever seen. The phone calls and the compliments just keep coming!
